Key Responsibilities

Win new business through a strong network of existing relationships.
n
Lead the delivery of complex programs and projects, ensuring high-quality outcomes, solid governance, and client satisfaction.
n
Drive growth across multiple customers.
n
Oversee multiple concurrent engagements, providing direction across scope, schedule, risk, and performance.
n
Build and lead high-performing consulting teams,



supporting capability development, utilisation and delivery excellence.
n
Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, navigating complex environments and driving outcomes.
n
Embed strong delivery frameworks, reporting, and assurance practices across engagements.
n
Support business growth through client relationships, repeat work, and contribution to bids and proposals where required.
n

About You
n
n
An ability to sell, or cultivate new business (budget $8m+) through new and exisiting contacts.
n
Proven experience leading delivery within a consulting, Defence, or government environment.
n
Strong background in program or project delivery, ideally within complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
n
Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage large or sensitive engagements.
n
Credibility with senior stakeholders, with the ability to influence and build trusted relationships.
n
Strong understanding of governance, assurance, and delivery frameworks.
n
Commercial awareness, with an appreciation of how delivery drives sustainable growth.
n
Experience working with or within the Canberra government landscape is highly regarded.
n
