Job Description
Exact is seeking an Earthworks Superintendent to drive safety, efficiency and on-time delivery for civil, bulk earthworks and road projects in remote locations across SA, NT and NSW. The role involves a FIFO roster: 14 days on, 7 days off, with in office leadership and hands-on guidance.

Key duties include leading safety culture, aligning with KPIs and schedules, and liaising with the Project Leadership Team to maximise resources.
