Harcourts All About Property, are seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Property Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the management of our residential properties, ensuring exceptional service to our valued clients. While this is a hands on role with property management it will also be a hands on role in leadership of the team. This is a full-time position based in Annerley, QLD ****.

What you'll be doing
n
n
Effectively managing a diverse portfolio of residential properties, including rental agreements, tenant relations, property inspections, and maintenance coordination
n
Providing exceptional customer service to both landlords and tenants, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner
n
Ensuring the timely collection of rent, the processing of routine inspections, and the coordination of any necessary repairs or renovations
n
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date property records and documentation
n
Staying informed of industry regulations and legislation, and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and policies
n
Actively marketing vacant properties and working to identify and secure new landlord clients
n
Mentoring and supporting junior property management team members
n

What we're looking for
n
n
Years of proven experience in residential property management




n
Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both landlords and tenants
n
Robust organisational and time management skills, with the ability to effectively prioritise and multitask
n
Thorough understanding of relevant real estate legislation, regulations, and industry best practices
n
Proficiency in using property management software and other relevant technology
n
A positive, proactive, and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving
n
A valid QLD Real Estate Certificate (this is a MUST)
n
Lead by example and work well in a team
n
