What You'll Be Doing
n
You'll lead the delivery of high-quality commercial security installations while mentoring a small team of technicians.
n
Your work will include:
n
Leading and mentoring a crew of 1–3 technicians
n
Installing, commissioning and maintaining integrated security systems
n
Planning work on site and coordinating daily activities
n
Completing quality assurance checks to ensure projects are delivered to a high standard
n




Working closely with our control room during testing and commissioning
n
Conducting client demonstrations and project handovers
n
Troubleshooting technical issues and providing practical solutions
n
Contributing to a positive, professional team culture
n
The Systems You'll Work With
n
We're looking for someone with solid experience across commercial electronic security systems, including:
n
Integriti
n
Inception
n
Multipath systems
n
IP networking and router configuration
n
Access Control
n
CCTV
n
Intruder Alarms
n
Experience with enterprise-level integrated systems will be highly regarded.
n
About You
n
You're someone who enjoys getting the job done properly the first time.
n
You take pride in your workmanship, communicate well with customers, and naturally support those around you. You enjoy mentoring junior technicians and understand that quality, safety and professionalism matter.
n
You'll also have:
n
10+ years' experience in the electronic security industry
n
Private Security Registration (Installer & Advisor)
n
Open Cabling Registration
n
White Card
n
Working at Heights and/or EWP (desirable)
n
Current Victorian Driver's Licence
n
Strong IT and networking knowledge
n
The ability to work independently and manage your own workload
n
Willingness to travel interstate occasionally
n




A desire to continue learning, including Protege GX certification
n
What You'll Get

Salary between $95,000–$120,000 based on experience
