Aleafiate Health Clinics is expanding and we're looking for passionate Medical Practitioners to join our growing team.
n
You'll be working within a fully integrated healthcare model, co-located with a PBS pharmacy and GP clinic, supporting patients through a structured, compliant and patient-focused approach to care.

About the Role

Conduct face-to-face consultations from our Logan clinic
n
Provide ongoing patient care and treatment planning
n
Work within a supportive multidisciplinary environment
n
Option to participate in telehealth consults
n
Be part of a growing and creative clinic model

About You

Registered Medical Practitioner (AHPRA)
n
Experience or interest in medicinal cannabis / plant-based therapies (preferred)
n
Authorised Prescriber status (highly regarded but not essential)

Strong communication and patient care focus

Comfortable working in a collaborative, evolving model
n
