About the role
The MyTime Manager NT is responsible for the effective coordination, administration and management of sub-contracted MyTime services in the NT.
Supporting existing partnerships (subcontracted program relationships)
the MyTime Manager is responsible for identifying key stakeholders, community partners and explore new opportunities for MyTime services in identified areas of need.
The MyTime Manager will maintain effective communication with facilitators and National and non-government stakeholders, while promoting and building awareness of parent peer-support services.
Key duties of the role
Effective management and performance of subcontracted relationships, delivered by a team of group facilitators and play helpers
Contribute to the implementation of the MyTime program across tendered jurisdictions
Continuous improvement opportunities developed and implemented
Effective prioritisation and management of human, financial and physical resources
Support and actively participate in a positive culture and safe work environment
Skills and Experience
Well-developed communication, community development, leadership and stakeholder management skills
Demonstrated knowledge of WHS, Equal Opportunity, Code of Ethics, diversity and risk management principles
Demonstrated experience supervising and managing the community programs and/or community projects
Demonstrated experience managing financial, budget and risk management requirements
