This amazing team is working on one of the countries most exciting Organisational Development agenda's in a large well respected NFP and you can be part of that.
Looking after key projects for a 12 month maternity leave contract.
Reporting to the Organisational Enablement lead, you will be the specialist that drives organisational development projects and processes around leadership, culture, talent, reward and recognition, engagement and diversity and inclusion that connect with the overall business strategy.
They have been building a leadership capability program from the ground up, rolling out a new capability framework, designing and running brand recent values workshops, embedding messages about their new EVP,



talent and succession planning and the list goes on.
