We are now looking for motivated Sales Consultants to join our growing team.
n
About the Role
n
As a Sales Consultant, you will:
n
n
Introduce customers to government energy rebate programs.
n
Promote energy-efficient air conditioning, hot water and battery solutions.
n
Generate and manage your own customer pipeline.
n
Build long-term customer relationships.
n
Work closely with our operations and installation teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
n
n
Full training and ongoing support will be provided.

Our commission structure is designed to reward performance.
n
Sales consultants who consistently complete two or more successful sales per day can typically earn over AUD $500 per day, with top performers earning significantly more.

About You
n
We are looking for someone who is:
n
n
Friendly, confident and customer-focused
n
Self-motivated with a positive attitude
n
Comfortable speaking with customers face-to-face
n
Previous sales experience is preferred but not essential
n
Holds a current Australian driver's licence and has access to a vehicle
n
Has full working rights in Australia
n
Basic conversational Mandarin Chinese is an advantage, but not essential.
