We currently have exciting opportunities casual and full-time Sales Associate opportunities in our Foot Locker Gold Coast region.
Take advantage of the opportunity to grow and develop your current sales and/or customer service skills within a fun team environment.
You will work as part of a solid and dynamic team to achieve and exceed your stores sales targets through providing exceptional customer service and demonstrating excellent product knowledge.
Given that weekends, late nights, and holidays can be our busiest trading times, this role will require you to work some of these shifts – so flexibility is a must.

Responsibilities
Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable on all products offered, and teaming up with co‐workers to provide excellent sales service
Delivering sales, outstanding customer experience, and operational expectations
Maintaining personal and productivity goals




Connects with every customer by asking open-ended questions to assess needs
Ability to learn and share expertise of products and trends to fit customer's needs
Maintains an awareness of all product knowledge, and current or upcoming product / trends
Contributes to a positive and inclusive work environment

Qualifications
0-3 year of retail experience
Confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver an elevated experience
Motivated to achieve great results because of one's enthusiasm from interacting with customers and athletic products
Initiates completion of tasks or activities without necessary supervision
Flexible availability – including nights, weekends, and holidays
Please note this is a local position.
To be considered for this role, we will require you to either be an Australian citizen, or already possess the right to legally work within Australia (reciprocal national work rights, a valid visa / work permit for Australia).
