Nimbus Health in Melbourne is seeking a Community Nursing Lead to build and scale our community nursing service. You will design clinical frameworks, establish governance, and lead a high-performing team while continuing hands-on nursing in clients' homes.

You will work with Directors, CTO and Care Coordination to ensure secure, evidence-based care that meets regulatory standards and organisational objectives, with a culture of continuous improvement.
