THE CHANCE
As the Manager of Learning and Development, this role is accountable for ensuring that the organisation delivers high-quality learning and development initiatives to enhance the capabilities of team members at all levels, in alignment with the organisation's values, purpose, and operational priorities.




The Manager accomplishes this by providing services that address specific Learning and Development areas, including leadership development, compliance, technical learning, and induction.
The primary focus of this role is creating frameworks and tools such as a learning and development framework, conducting training needs analysis, and developing and delivering training content in various formats.
Additionally, the Manager will implement measures to evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development initiatives and continuously improve existing programs.
