A fantastic opportunity has become available to join a well-established production facility located in Kilsyth.
We are currently seeking experienced and reliable Machine Operators who are productive, safety-focused and committed to ongoing work.
The role will initially commence on Day Shift; however flexibility may be required to work Afternoon Shift depending on production requirements and customer demand.
About the Role
Operating and monitoring production machinery
Setting up and adjusting machines as required
Loading materials and products into machinery
Monitoring the production process to ensure machines are running efficiently
Performing quality inspections on finished products
Identifying and reporting machine faults or production issues
Ensuring products are correctly assembled, packaged and labelled
Completing general production and manual handling duties
Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work area
Rotating through different areas of the production facility as required
To Be Successful, You Will:




Have previous Machine Operator experience
Have a robust understanding of manufacturing and production processes
Be confident operating and monitoring production machinery
Have strong attention to detail and a focus on quality
Be mechanically minded with the ability to identify basic machine issues
Have excellent communication skills
Be physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
Be willing to learn the entire site operation and rotate through different duties
Be reliable, punctual and committed to ongoing work
Experience within the packaging industry will be highly regarded
Work Hours
Day Shift Monday to Thursday: 7:00am - 3:00pm Friday: 7:00am - 1:00pm
You must be available to work Monday to Friday on an ongoing basis and be able to commit to overtime when required.
