They are going through large scale growth and are looking for an impressive HR Advisor/HR Business Partner to join their HR team.
On a day to day basis, you will be partnering with your key business groups, providing HR advice around employment and industrial relations, award interpretation, advising on remuneration and perks and managing performance related matters.
You will also be involved in HR transformational projects.
