: $170k-$220k.
Location
: Macquarie Park; 3 days in-office.
The Opportunity
In this newly created role, your remit is both operational and strategic.
From supporting the HR team around operational WPR's matters,



to streamlining and implementing systems and processes as you work with the CPO to set the organisation up for success as it continues to grow.
This is both a operational and strategic focused position where you will still be hands on in the day to day but mainly for escalations and FW matters.
You will be confident in presenting to the CEO and ELT and also enjoying being hands on in supporting and developing the HR team around WPR's and representing the organisation at FW.

Whether you're currently an internal Legal Counsel or a WPR's expert in a firm environment, we'd love to hear from you if you possess:
Legal qualifications (highly regarded)
Proven experience in strategic WPR within multisite businesses
Ability to handle both operational tasks and strategic initiatives effectively
Passion for mentoring and developing HR teams.
