Simonds is seeking a full time Maintenance & Warranty Supervisor to join the Point Cook team.
Your primary focus will be carrying out maintenance and service inspections across a number of homes within the region, coordinating with contractors and keeping projects on time and on budget.
You will report to the Maintenance & Warranty Manager, ensuring WHSE compliance and delivering excellent customer service to homeowners while maintaining accurate records and cost control.
