We're seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to lead our Victorian warehouse operations and play a key role in shaping the future of our warehousing division.

This is far more than a traditional warehouse management role. You'll lead multiple warehouse sites, build strong customer relationships, drive operational excellence and contribute to the commercial growth of the business.

About the Role
n
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer & Directors, you will be responsible for the overall leadership and performance of our Victorian warehouse operations across multiple facilities.
n
You'll work closely with our leadership team to ensure safe, efficient and profitable operations while identifying opportunities to improve customer service, increase warehouse utilisation and support business growth.

This is a genuine leadership role where you'll have the autonomy to influence how our warehouses operate today and how they evolve into the future.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the day to day operations across multiple warehouse facilities.
n
Develop and coach warehouse teams.
n
Build solid relationships with existing warehouse customers.
n
Conduct customer review meetings and operational planning sessions.
n
Prepare warehouse quotations, operational costings and customer proposals.
n
Support contract renewals and implementation of new warehouse customers.
n
Monitor warehouse profitability, utilisation and operational performance.
n
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across people, systems and processes.
n
Ensure compliance with HACCP, Dairy, Organic, Halal and WHS standards.
n
Lead warehouse KPI reporting and operational planning.
n
Work closely with Transport Operations, Commercial and State Managers to deliver outstanding customer outcomes.
