Travel to and work across rural and remote communities
Work within a correctional centre environment at the Junee location
Collaborate with other agencies and community partners to improve lives and realise the potential of children, adults, families, and communities
Requirements
Obtain Certificate IV in Correctional Practice within 24 months of employment and within 12 months of commencing training
Current driver's licence
Willingness/ability to drive within NSW
Ability to complete a mandatory four-week, in-person, paid training program at Brush Farm Academy
Clear communication
Ability to stay calm under pressure
Integrity, resilience, and sound judgment
Cultural awareness, especially with Aboriginal and CALD communities
Confidence handling tough situations with empathy
Robust commitment to growth and community safety
