NEPEAN Conveyors is seeking an experienced Lead Draftsman in Slade Point, Mackay to lead 3D Inventor modelling and 2D AutoCAD fabrication drawings for major conveyor projects.
Reporting to the Drawing Office Manager, you will mentor junior draftspeople, manage task scopes, and drive continuous improvement of drawing standards while ensuring drawings meet project deadlines and safety standards.
This role offers a leadership pathway within a respected Australian engineering business.
