About the role
The Project & Partnerships Specialist plays a pivotal role at the heart of the Hammond Foundation - where philanthropy, partnership and innovation come together to deliver meaningful impact.
This role leads the coordination and successful delivery of the Foundation's funded project portfolio, while also driving the development, growth and stewardship of strategic partnerships across Trusts & Foundations, corporates and key philanthropic stakeholders.
Working closely with the Head of Foundation & Innovation, this role ensures that projects move seamlessly from ideation, design, funding through to impact, while partnerships are actively cultivated, strengthened and expanded over time.
This role is offered on a Permanent Full-time basis and is based at our Head Office in St Leonards, NSW.

What do we need from you?
Commitment to HammondCare's Christian Mission, Motivation and Mission in Action
Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Project Management, Communications, Health, Social Sciences or a related discipline.
Demonstrated experience in partnership development, fundraising or stakeholder engagement, ideally including Trusts & Foundations




Proven ability to build and grow external relationships and partnerships
Experience managing or coordinating projects and funding processes
Strong written skills, particularly in proposal and report development
Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a complex environment
Experience using CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot)
Experience working with Trusts & Foundations or grant-making bodies (Desirable)
Experience in corporate partnerships or philanthropic fundraising (Desirable)
Exposure to health, aged care or purpose-driven environments (Desirable)
Experience translating strategy into partnership opportunities and funding outcomes (Desirable)
