Melville Toyota is currently seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join our dealership in the role of Business Manager
n
The Business Manager collaborates with our sales team, finds solutions and educates our customers on our in-dealership finance and insurance products to help them purchase and protect their recent investment – their Toyota.
n
Key Responsibilities:
n
Presentation, introduction and selling of all vehicle finance and insurance products to customers
n
Working closely with the sales team to build relationships, negotiate and close finance deals
n
Providing exceptional customer service by guiding customers through the financing process and presenting suitable options.
n
Achieving and exceeding set targets and KPIs
n
Skills and Experience
n
A minimum of 3 years experience as a Business Manager within the automotive industry
n
Prior experience with Toyota Financial Services is preferred and highly regarded
n




Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with customers, team members and external partners
n
