Job Description
1Recruit International is seeking an experienced Design Manager for a Major Project Delivery Partner in Brisbane. You will lead design management from concept through construction across multiple mid to high-rise residential developments, coordinating architects, consultants and stakeholders.

Reporting to the Senior Commercial Manager, you will drive design programmes, review buildability, manage risks and support procurement to align design with project objectives and approvals.
