The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced HVAC Project Manager to join a leading, privately owned mechanical contractor with over 40 years of experience in the Victorian market.
n
You will be responsible for managing mechanical contracts valued up to $5 million, working across a diverse portfolio of commercial building projects including commercial, healthcare, education and retail.
n
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established business with a strong pipeline of work and the internal resources to support you in delivering successful projects.

About the Role
n




You will take responsibility for the successful delivery of HVAC projects from commencement through to completion, including:
n
n
Managing projects up to $5M in value
n
Financial and commercial management of projects
n
Managing subcontractors, suppliers and project teams
n
Client and stakeholder management
n
Project programming, procurement and coordination
n
Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget
n
Working closely with internal engineering, drafting, estimating and administration teams
n
n
About You
n
We are looking for an experienced HVAC Project Manager with a strong background delivering mechanical building services projects.
n
You will ideally have:
n
n
Proven experience managing HVAC/mechanical projects
n
Experience delivering projects up to $5M
n
Strong commercial and financial management skills
n
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
n
A robust understanding of mechanical building services and project delivery
n
The ability to lead projects independently while working collaboratively with internal teams
n
n
Australian PR/Citizenship or valid Australian working rights are required to be considered for this position.
