About the role
This is a fast-paced, high-volume scheduling role supporting our container transport operations.
You'll be working closely with drivers and internal stakeholders to keep movements running smoothly and efficiently, while helping maximise fleet capacity.
Key responsibilities
Schedule fleet movements usingVBS Booking systemsandContainerchainto optimise utilisation
Communicate frequently with drivers and MEDLOG teams to coordinate daily operations
Plan and allocate driver jobs forFCL deliveriesandMT collections
Ensure all movements and job information are accurately entered and readily available
Actively support and participate in MEDLOG'sFleet Maintenance strategy




Work to deadlines and respond quickly to operational changes throughout the day

Experience withContainerchain,MT Data, and/or1-Stop VBS
