ETA Groupis seekingexperienced Electriciansfor a range of upcomingcoal shutdowns and projects across the Bowen Basin.
We have multiple opportunities coming up across various sites, with start dates currently ranging fromAugust through to November.
These roles are suited to Electricians with a solid industrial or mining background who are looking for upcoming shutdown and project work.
What's on offer$68 per hour + penalties + allowances
12-hour shifts
8:6 and 7:7 rosters
Flights and camp accommodation provided
Weekly pay
Potential for further work across upcoming projects and shutdowns
About the Work
Opportunities are available across a range ofcoal mining projects and shutdowns throughout the Bowen Basin.
Depending on the project, work may include general electrical installation, maintenance, testing, fault finding and shutdown activities across heavy industrial and mining environments.
Experience withMCCs, switchboards or electrical upgrade/replacement workswould be highly regarded.
What We're Looking ForCurrentQLD Electrical License




Previous experience inmining, heavy industrial or shutdown environments
MCC and/or switchboard experience– highly regarded
BMA induction/site experience– highly regarded
Standard 11– highly advantageous
CurrentCoal Board Medical– highly advantageous
Relevant site tickets, competencies and authorisations
Strong safety focus and ability to work effectively within shutdown environments
Successful applicants will be required to meet the relevantsite access, medical, training and authorisation requirementsfor each project.
