A leading global filtration and separation manufacturer is looking to bring on a Technical Sales Engineer to support their industrial division across Queensland.
n
This is a hands-on technical sales role, focused on growing business across food & beverage, milling, life science and pharmaceutical markets. You will build on an established network of contacts and drive current business across the territory.
n
The Role
n
You will be responsible for managing and growing key accounts across Queensland, working closely with existing and new customers to drive product awareness and sales growth.
n
Responsibilities include:
n
n
Growing business across food & beverage, life science and pharmaceutical markets
n
Forging and maintaining strong relationships with key contacts in existing and new accounts
n
Driving new business development across the territory
n
Promoting product awareness and technical solutions to customers
n
Managing the full sales cycle from lead generation through to close
n
Travelling within the Queensland territory as required
n




Acting as the technical point of contact for customer queries and product solutions
n
n
About You
n
This role will suit a driven, technically minded salesperson who enjoys building relationships and winning new business in a technical, industrial environment.
n
n
Strong sales background, with a proven ability to drive new business and build relationships
n
Filtration experience preferred, though experience selling technical products or equipment such as pumps, valves or engineered products will be considered
n
A hunter mentality, with a genuine can-do attitude
n
Strong mechanical or chemical aptitude highly regarded
n
Ideal background includes product sales experience into the industrial sector, providing filtration or rotating equipment to customers
n
Australian permanent residency or citizenship required
n
Ability to travel within the territory when required
n
