Working Foreman / Leading Hand — Sydney Remedial

Atomic Projects is a Sydney Class 2 remedial builder delivering strata, façade, fire safety and capital works projects from $500k to $2M. We self-deliver with our own crews, real systems and no shortcut culture.

About the Role
n
You're a working leader — on the tools every day, running a crew of 2–10 on live remedial sites across Sydney. You set the pace, keep the quality up, and make sure every hold point and flood test happens when it should. Home every night, no FIFO.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Run the crew day-to-day and deliver your own trade work
n
Daily pre-starts, toolbox talks and safety compliance
n
Check work against method statements before inspections
n




Daily diaries and photo records in SafetyCulture
n
Coordinate materials and subcontractor crews on your front
n
n
Skills Required
n
n
White Card, driver's licence
n
Experience leading a small crew on site
n
Working at Heights, EWP, Confined Space tickets Manufacturer accreditations (Sika, Parchem, MAPEI)
n
