Job Description
Wilmar Sugar Australia is seeking a Works Coordinator at Victoria Mill to lead safety, productivity and quality across the maintenance team. You will supervise daily maintenance and capital works, plan strategies with Engineering, manage resources and contractors, and ensure on-time delivery within budget and standards.

The role requires solid leadership, planning and communication skills, with experience in heavy industry and familiarity with SAP maintenance systems.
