Lead the Williamstown store and take it to the next level

Work a 33-hour Sunday to Thursday roster
n
Build and grow strong relationships with the loyal local customer base
n
Deliver exceptional customer experiences

Work closely with the Store Manager to lead by example

Create an inclusive, inspirational, and supportive store environment

Motivate the DREAMTEAM to live DECJUBA's values on every shift

Support the store's new direction and growth
