About the Role
n

We're looking for someone with a background in hospitality, guest services, concierge, premium customer service, workplace experience, events or a similar people-focused setting who wants to bring those skills into a professional corporate setting.
n
This is a full-time, office-based role, Monday to Friday. It offers the opportunity to build a career creating exceptional workplace experiences, without the evening, weekend or shift work often associated with hospitality.
n
As the Workplace Experience Officer, you'll be the face of your local ACOR office. You'll be the person our people and clients know and trust, creating a welcoming, professional and vibrant environment where everyone can do their best work.
n
Working closely with the local Area Leader, you'll coordinate office operations, employee engagement, workplace hospitality and facilities while becoming a trusted partner in creating a positive office culture.

Responsibilities
n
n
Create an exceptional experience for employees, clients and visitors from the moment they arrive.
n
Coordinate the day-to-day operation, presentation and hospitality of the office.
n
Support Area Leaders with office communications, engagement activities and local initiatives.
n
Plan employee celebrations, events and workplace engagement activities.
n
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding experiences.
n
Build strong relationships across the office and become a trusted point of contact for staff.
n
Coordinate facilities, suppliers and landlord relationships.
n
Maintain workplace health, safety and office standards.
n
Champion business improvements and support local change initiatives.
n
n
About You
n
You'll succeed in this role if you genuinely enjoy looking after people and take pride in creating welcoming, organised and engaging environments.
n
You'll likely bring experience from hospitality, hotels, concierge, customer service, premium retail, events, workplace experience, facilities or office management.
n
You'll also have:
