An established organisation is seeking an experienced People & Culture Business Partner to support a period of organisational change.
n
This is an opportunity for a pragmatic and commercially minded HR qualified who enjoys working closely with leaders and navigating change in a complex environment.
n
You will provide hands-on P&C; support across a range of workforce initiatives, partnering with stakeholders to provide sound advice, manage employee impacts and help ensure change is implemented effectively.
n
About you
n
We are looking for someone with experience in:
n
n
Organisational change and workforce transformation
n
Restructures and workforce planning
n
Employee relations and industrial matters
n
Consultation and change communication
n
Redeployment and employee transition
n




Supporting senior leaders through complex people matters
n
Working across multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
n
n
You will be confident dealing with sensitive and sometimes challenging situations, with strong judgement, communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience within a complex, highly regulated or large-scale organisation will be well regarded.

The opportunity

This is a hands-on contract role suited to an experienced P&C;/HR professional who can quickly establish credibility, operate autonomously and provide practical advice in a changing environment.
