Job Description
We are seeking two experienced ERP Data Migration Business Analysts to support a major ERP transformation program. This is an opportunity to play a key role in understanding and documenting current business processes, data flows, and system dependencies that will underpin the successful design and implementation of a new ERP environment.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Work with business and technical stakeholders to identify and document current ERP and ERP-related business processes.
n
Analyse and document data entry, data management, and data export processes across existing systems.
n
Identify and assess ERP edge systems, supporting applications, spreadsheets, databases, and other data repositories used outside core ERP platforms.
n
Capture requirements relating to data cleansing, data migration, and data archiving activities.
n
Document current-state processes and data sources to support future-state ERP design and implementation.
n
Collaborate with project teams to ensure business and data requirements are accurately understood and recorded.
n

About You
n
n
Proven experience as a Business Analyst on ERP implementation, upgrade, or transformation projects.
n
Robust background in data migration, data quality, data cleansing, or data governance initiatives.
n
Experienced in business process mapping, requirements gathering, and stakeholder engagement.
n
Ability to identify and document complex data flows across multiple business systems.
n
Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
n
Baseline Security Clearance is required.
n
