Job Description
CBRE is seeking a friendly Customer Service Officer to be the first point of contact at Erina Fair Information Desk. This casual role requires weekend availability and occasional late shifts on Thursdays to support mall operations.

You will handle customer and tenant enquiries, assist with mail distribution, lost property, mobility hire, and gift card sales, while maintaining desk efficiency and safety protocols. The position offers flexible weekend work in a energetic retail setting.
