About the Role
n
As a Senior Rehabilitation Consultant, you'll bring your experience in the Occupational Rehabilitation industry to support injured workers through their recovery journey, helping them achieve safe and sustainable return-to-work outcomes.
n
n
Conduct workplace assessments to identify barriers and develop tailored return-to-work plans
n
Build strong relationships with clients, employers, insurers and medical professionals to drive positive outcomes
n
Deliver workplace interventions and suitable duties programs that support recovery and successful return-to-work outcomes
n
Monitor client progress, provide recommendations and prepare high-quality reports to support sustainable recovery outcomes
n

The requirements:
n
n
Tertiary Qualification in one of the following; Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology or Physiotherapy
n
Registration with the relevant Professional Body; AHPRA or ESSA
n
Full Australian work rights + Australian Driver's Licence
n
Previous Occupational Rehabilitation experience OR solid clinical experience
n
