Job Description
The Assistant Accountant will be responsible for, but not limited to:

Assist with accounts receivable, payable & bank reconciliations
n
Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
n
Assist with monthly and annual financial reconciliations.
n
Inventory accounting, product costing
n
Support the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
n
Conduct variance analysis to aid decision-making.
n
Process accounts payable and receivable transactions.
n
Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
n
Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial processes.
n
Provide support during audits and financial reviews.
n

A successful Assistant Accountant should have:
n

A degree or qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
n
Experience in financial reporting, reconciliations, and analysis.
n
Commencing CA/CPA or part qualified
n
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
n
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
n
Understanding of accounting standards and compliance requirements.
n
Ability to work collaboratively in a team workplace.
n
