What We're Looking For:
n
n
Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) – essential.
n
Current teacher registration with ACECQA is required before starting.
n
Passion for the Montessori philosophy and its practical application.
n
Strong knowledge of the National Quality Standard (NQS)



and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
n
Excellent communication and the ability to build meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
n
Current Working with Children Check required before commencing employment.
n
A minimum of 1+ years of early childhood teaching experience is required.
n
n
Teaching qualifications and registration from New Zealand are recognized in Australia under the Trans-Tasman Mutual Recognition Agreement (TTMRA). If you hold a current, full New Zealand teacher registration and practicing certificate, you can apply for registration in Queensland without having to completely retrain.
