About the role: Childcare Educator - Diploma Qualified

Join the dedicated team at South Coast Baptist College Childcare Centre as a Diploma Qualified Educator! You'll play a crucial role in nurturing and educating children in a faith-based environment that promotes holistic growth and development.

Qualifications and Requirements:
n
n
Approved ACECQA Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
n
HLTAID004 Provide an emergency first aid response in an education and care setting.
n
Qualified in child protection, approved by ECRU, with experience in education and care services and knowledge of National Quality Standards and Early Years Learning
Framework/Framework
for School Age Care.
n
Demonstrated experience in curriculum development, children's learning documentation, leadership skills, and knowledge of the Reggio Emilia Approach.
n
Proficient in computer skills, including MS Office, IT use, and knowledge of inclusion support processes, statutory regulations,



and the Quality Improvement and Accreditation System (QIAS).
n

To attend Church on a regular basis and model Christian beliefs, behaviour and practices.
n
