We support the delivery of person-centred, connected healthcare through the development and adoption of digital health services and systems. Our work includes managing My Health Record, Electronic prescriptions, and the ****MEDICARE app, ensuring a healthier future for all Australians through connected healthcare.

About the role

Join a high-performing team delivering complex digital health and technology transformation initiatives that make a real impact. As a Senior Business Analyst, you'll lead end-to-end analysis activities, partner with stakeholders, shape innovative solutions, and help drive the successful delivery of secure, scalable technology services. You'll play a key role in influencing outcomes, improving processes, managing risks, and supporting strategic agency priorities.

Skills and experience

Lead analysis activities for major digital health transformation programs.
n
Elicit and define complex business, functional and technical requirements.
n




Influence solution design and technology roadmaps.
n
Drive process improvement, business redesign and optimisation initiatives.
n
Collaborate with senior stakeholders to deliver impactful technology outcomes
n

Eligibility
n
Australian citizenship is a mandatory eligibility requirement. Candidates must be able to obtain and maintain both a national police clearance and a Baseline security clearance, with the capacity to attain a higher-level clearance if required by the Agency.
