Reporting into the Supply Chain leadership team, you will lead theSupply Chain Planning function, ensuring the uninterrupted supply of raw materials and packaging to support production. You'll play a key role in optimising inventory, driving planning excellence and leading a high performing team in a fast paced manufacturing operation.

Key Responsibilities

Lead theSupply ChainPlanning function within a complex food manufacturing environment.
n
Develop and execute material supply plans that align with production requirements and customer demand.
n
Ensure the timely availability of raw materials and packaging to support manufacturing operations.
n
Partner closely with Procurement, Production, Demand Planning and Logistics to optimise supply chain performance.
n




Manage inventory levels while balancing service, cost and working capital objectives.
n
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across planning processes, systems and reporting.
n
Lead, coach and develop a high performing planning team.
n

About You
n
n
Proven experience inSupply ChainPlanning within the food manufacturing industry is essential.
n
Previous experience leading planning teams in a manufacturing environment.
n
Strong knowledge of inventory management, production planning and end-to-end supply chain operations.
n
Excellent analytical, problem solving and stakeholder management skills.
n
Experience using ERP/MRP planning systems.
n
n
