The Specialist Corporate, Income & Costing Team leads on several high-profile areas, including:
Trust income management
Trust costing and statutory returns
Medical Doctor Degree Apprenticeship programme - the only Trust-run programme of its kind nationally
Tendring 100 Apprenticeships - supporting local employment and skills development
AI development and research initiatives
Outreach programmes: schools, work experience, careers fairs, NextMedic, NextAHP, NextMidwife
Employer Provider Apprenticeships - supporting over 600 ESNEFT staff, recently rated "Good" by Ofsted
Partnerships with local schools, universities and colleges to attract, train and retain future NHS talent
