We are seeking a skilled and experienced Grader Operator to join our dynamic team on major road projects. As a Grader Operator specializing in final trim operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the precision and quality of our construction work. Responsibilities

Operate grader machinery with precision for final trim applications on major road projects.
n
Utilize non-GPS CAT 14M/140 model machinery proficiently, ensuring high standards of safety and quality.
n
Engage in occasional bulk earthworks operations, as required by project demands.
n
Collaborate effectively with project teams, contributing to a diverse and inclusive work setting.
n
Demonstrate expertise in Trimble/Topcon/CAT Grade GPS systems, enhancing operational efficiency.
n
Adhere to all safety and operational protocols, upholding the company's commitment to workplace safety.
n
Maintain machinery in optimal working condition, performing routine checks.
n
Participate in the planning and execution of project tasks, ensuring alignment with project timelines and goals.
n
Commit to a five-day work week,



with flexibility for potential assignments requiring travel and extended stays.

Qualifications
n
n
Proven experience as a confident final trim grader operator, with a track record of successful projects on main roads.
n
Possession of a White Card and RII Grader Ticket is essential.
n
Experience with non-GPS CAT 14M/140 model machinery or similar is essential.
n
Knowledge of Trimble/Topcon/CAT Grade GPS systems is advantageous.
n
Additional tickets such as excavator, dozer, or roller are advantageous but not mandatory.
n
Valid Car License and reliable access to a vehicle for commuting to various project sites.
n
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to adapt to varying project needs.
n
Ability to provide recent Police Check or ability to apply for
n
Ability to pass pre-employment functional assessment and drug & alcohol screening.
n
n
