Job Description
Barwon Health is seeking a part time Medication Safety Pharmacist to lead and promote a culture of medication safety across its campuses. You will drive governance, QUM initiatives, staff education, and research aligned with NSQHS standards and clinical pharmacy practice.

You will monitor safety performance, respond to incidents, support accreditation requirements, and contribute to system improvements while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and the Barwon Health Pharmacy Department.
