Job Description
Motion Recruitment is seeking an experienced Senior Technician or Technical Supervisor to lead our Victorian production operation from the south-east Melbourne workshop. You will manage a team of technicians building, configuring, testing and deploying solar-powered security systems, while staying hands-on when needed.

You will develop your team, coordinate daily activities, and own the operation from the workshop, rather than site-to-site visits, with a focus on quality and timely delivery.
