We are seeking a Business Analyst to support a range of business and technology initiatives within a government environment.
n
Working closely with project teams, clinical stakeholders and business units, you will play a key role in understanding business processes, gathering requirements, facilitating workshops and ensuring solutions align with operational needs.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Gather, analyse and document business requirements
n
Facilitate workshops, interviews and stakeholder consultations
n
Map and improve business processes and workflows
n
Develop business cases, process documentation and user guides
n




Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to support successful project delivery
n
Promote best practice business analysis methodologies including BPMN and process modelling
n
n
About You
n
n
Previous experience as a Business Analyst within a large and complex organisation
n
Solid business process mapping and requirements gathering experience
n
Excellent stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills
n
Strong written documentation and communication skills
n
Experience within government or other large enterprise environments will be highly regarded
n
