The Opportunity
As a Customer Service Attendant at Port Macquarie Panthers, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for our members and guests. Working across a variety of areas including bar, café, gaming, functions and events, you'll deliver exceptional service while assisting with food and beverage service, cash handling and day-to-day venue operations. This is a great prospect for a friendly and energetic team player who enjoys variety, thrives in a busy hospitality environment and takes pride in creating positive customer experiences.
What You'll Be Doing
Delivering exceptional customer service to members and guests
Processing POS transactions and cash handling
Providing bar and café service, including barista duties, food preparation and meal service
Completing stock replenishment and glass collection
Performing gaming duties, including cash desk, TAB and Keno
Assisting with functions and events
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation
Supporting general operations and working flexibly across different areas and shifts as required.
About You
You are someone who is friendly, motivated and enjoys creating positive experiences for others. You'll also bring:
Excellent communication and customer service skills
A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn
Confidence working independently and alongside others
The ability to remain calm, adaptable and solutions-focused in a busy workplace;
Professional presentation and grooming
Current RSA and RCG or willingness to obtain
Confidence handling cash accurately
Basic computer skills
