As demand continues to grow, an outstanding opportunity has emerged for an experienced Senior Aged Care Financial Consultant to join the team.
n
This isn't a traditional accounting role.
n
Nor is it a Business Analyst position.
n
This is financial consulting in its truest sense.
n
You'll combine your aged care technical financial expertise with trusted client advice, helping aged care providers solve complex challenges. To do this you will be working alongside a highly respected team of Stewart Brown Partners, Directors and a diverse qualified team.
n
The opportunity
n
Work will be across Residential Aged Care, Retirement Living, Support at Home and with purpose-led organisations. You'll partner directly with Stewart Brown clients to interpret financial performance, navigate reform, build practical solutions and strengthen organisational capability.
n
One day you will be presenting to a Board. The next, reviewing forecasting models, mentoring junior consultants or supporting a provider through significant operational change.
n
No two weeks are the same.
n
You'll also be part of a collaborative team where everyone contributes. Titles don't define contribution here. The best ideas matter,



regardless of where they come from. You'll be someone who isn't above the detail - happy to roll up your sleeves, support colleagues, coach emerging talent and do whatever is needed to deliver an exceptional outcome for clients. That's simply how Stewart Brown works.

You'll bring
n
n
CA or CPA qualifications with significant aged care finance experience
n
Strong knowledge of AN-ACC, Care Minutes, forecasting, prudential requirements and aged care reform
n
Outstanding financial accounting, modelling and advisory capability
n
The confidence to build trusted relationships with CEOs, CFOs, Executive teams and Boards
n
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), high professional standards, commercial judgement and professional gravitas
n
Real pride in the detail and quality of your work, every day
n
A collaborative, hands-on approach with the curiosity to keep learning and the humility to contribute wherever needed.
