Position Overview: Dedicated Installations is a specialist signage installation company delivering high-quality graphic installations, shopfront signage, office fit-outs, statutory and wayfinding signage, display solutions, window and solar films, and large-scale signage projects across New South Wales. The company is committed to delivering safe, reliable and professional installation services for projects of all sizes.

As a Signwriter at Dedicated Installations, you will be responsible for preparing and installing high-quality signage and graphics across a diverse range of commercial, retail and construction projects. This position requires excellent attention to detail, strong technical skills and a commitment to quality workmanship. Responsibilities and Tasks:

Collaborated with clients to develop signage and graphic installation solutions that effectively communicated their brand message and met project requirements.
n
Assisted clients in selecting appropriate signage materials, vinyls, films, colours and finishes to ensure durability, functionality and visual appeal.
n
Created and prepared sign layouts and installation plans using hand-drawing, CAD software and digital artwork files.
n
Produced and prepared signage using a variety of techniques, including vinyl cutting, digital printing, laminating and graphic finishing for commercial installation projects.
n
Operated equipment safely and efficiently,



including vinyl cutters, digital printers, laminators, power tools and installation equipment throughout the sign production and installation process.
n
Installed commercial signage, shopfront signage, wall graphics, window films, wayfinding signage and display graphics at client sites, ensuring secure installation and a professional finish.
n
Maintained, repaired and replaced existing signage to uphold safety standards, functionality and visual quality.
n
Managed multiple signage installation projects simultaneously, consistently meeting project deadlines while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
n
Optimised material usage by accurately measuring sites, planning layouts and minimising waste during production and installation.
n
Worked closely with clients and production teams to understand project requirements, provide recommendations and ensure completed installations met client expectations.
n
Followed all workplace health and safety regulations and company policies during the preparation, installation and maintenance of signage.
n

Qualifications and Skills:
n
n
Relevant qualification.
n
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience as a Signwriter.
n
Proficiency in design software such as CAD, Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, or similar.
n
Experience using sign production and installation equipment
n
Solid artistic and creative skills with excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship.
n
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
n
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a commitment to workplace safety.
n
n
Salary: The role offers a remuneration package ranging from $79,000 – $90,000 p.a. plus superannuation for a 38-hour work week.
