We are looking for an experienced
Desk Side Support Engineer
to provide hands‐on
L2 end‐user support
in a professional enterprise setting.
Location: Brisbane
Work Mode: On‐site
Key Responsibilities
Provide desk‐side L2 support for
Windows ***** laptops, desktops and peripherals
Troubleshoot hardware, OS, login, connectivity, printing and peripheral issues
Perform
IMACD activities
– Install, Move, Add, Change and Decommission
Support laptops, monitors, docks, headsets and other end‐user devices
Provide support for
Video Conferencing & AV technologies
Log, update and resolve incidents/service requests using
ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools
Escalate issues to EUC, Network, AV and Vendor teams within defined SLAs
Assist with
IT asset management, inventory, tagging and stock checks
Support device handovers, workstation setups and site moves




Provide hands‐and‐feet support for infrastructure and network teams
Follow
ITIL, security and compliance processes
Maintain SOPs, documentation and site‐specific support knowledge
Required Skills
Strong Windows 10 & Windows 11 troubleshooting experience
Hands‐on desktop/laptop hardware support
Experience with
AV & Video Conferencing technologies
Knowledge of LAN, Wi‐Fi and VPN troubleshooting
Active Directory and user profile support
Endpoint security tools
ServiceNow / ITSM experience preferred
Strong customer service and communication skills
Experience supporting business users and executives
Ability to work independently in an
on‐site / field support environment
