Job Description
Based in Kensington, this hybrid opportunity offers 3 days per week in the office and the chance to work across a range of business transformation initiatives. While initially a 12-month contract, there is solid potential for the role to extend or evolve as the organisation continues to grow.

Key Responsibilities:
n
Support the delivery of multiple business and technology projects.
n
Gather, analyse and document business requirements while engaging with key stakeholders.
n
Coordinate project activities, including planning, tracking and follow-up.
n
Identify opportunities to improve business processes and ways of working.
n
Build strong relationships across the business to support successful project delivery.
n
About You:
n
2-4 years' experience as a Business Analyst, Project Analyst or similar.
n




Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
n
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
n
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
n
A proactive, hands-on approach with a willingness to roll up your sleeves.
n
Familiarity with property management platforms (desirable)
n
Experience with reporting or dashboard tools such as Power BI (desired)
n
