Job Description
Mental Health Matters (MHM) is recruiting a Senior Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner to lead our Step 2 team. You will carry a clinical caseload alongside line management and supervision duties, guiding Trainee and Qualified PWPs to deliver high-quality, recovery-focused care.

You will be a qualified PWP with BABCP/BPS registration and a track record delivering low-intensity interventions, with robust leadership and collaboration skills to drive service improvement.
