Property Manager position at an established real estate agency located in Canterbury. The role involves managing rental properties, handling arrears management primarily for small residential portfolio, communicating with tenants and trades people. No invoicing as we have a dedicated in house account manager dealing with invoices.

Key responsibilities

Leasing of rental properties
n
Arrears Management - Mainly Residential Portfolios
n
Communication with tenants, landlords and trades people
n
Quote with repairs & maintenance
n
New Business (rewarded with commissions)
n

About you

A Current Driver's Licence & Car
n
Polite and Confident Phone Manner
n




Qualified Presentation & Excellent Punctuality
n
Accurate Spelling and Grammar
n
Problem Solving Skills
n
A minimum of 1 year Property Management experience
n
